But I noticed one problem, when I started downloading MP3 files, it was selecting movie clip file type & If i use the drop down button to select the format mp3 as file type, it would give me no choice, only choices were all files & movie clip, there's no problem if you want to hear the songs on the itunes, windows media or any player installed on my vista ultimate OS, dell latitute D400 notebook. But if I have transfer the movie clip file on my Philips MP3 player it would not play cause it does not playback movie clips files. The Google screen saver is really cool & nice to look after I installed. The screensaver is a part of Google Pack, but if you get it from this page you can install only the screensaver.
You can configure the visual effects (collage, wipe, pan and zoom, cross fade) and how often the photos change. The title and the author of a photo is always visible and you can go to the source of the photo by clicking to one of the links from the bottom of the window. The screensaver acts like a slideshow so you can move to the next/previous photo using the mouse. To add a new source, right-click a link to a feed in IE and Firefox and select "Add to Google Photos Screensaver". Some nice feeds: Flickr ( Vista wallpapers, nature, architecture, landscape, Google food), Yahoo search ( autumn, Dali, sunset). You can find them in photo sharing sites like Flickr, Picasa Web Albums or at this page. It's probably the most interesting feature of Picasa Web Albums: you can monitor all the photos uploaded to your contacts' albums. If you use Google's photo sharing site, you can view pictures from the most recently modified albums and from your contacts. You select a list of folders that contain photos and Google Screensaver monitors the JPEGs from these folders. Google Screensaver is a Windows screensaver that displays photos from different locations: In the end if you cannot get these solutions to work then I recommend you post feedback to Microsoft & request the feature - Windows key + F to open the feedback app.Update: The screensaver is now a Picasa feature. It seems the default screensavers do work across multiple monitors but that’s not 100% confirmed with 1809. Click “Duplicate these displays” if you want a duplicated screen saver to display on each monitor. This feature requires you to enter your password when resuming your Windows session.Ĭlick on the “Display” link at the bottom left.Ĭhoose “Extend these displays” from the Multiple Displays drop-down menu if you’d like a single screensaver to travel across both displays. The screensaver will come on automatically after the computer has been idle for that period of time.Ĭheck the “On resume, display logon screen” for added security, if desired. Select the desired screen saver from the drop-down menu and indicate a “wait” time in minutes. Right-click on a blank area of your desktop and select “Personalize.”Ĭlick “Screen Saver” at the bottom-right corner of the window.

There’s some confusion as to whether this is possible, some say it can only be done with third party screensaver software like this:
